Guest, I have the same issues. I have the DirectX 12 and still the download fails and the system switches off. Can anyone let me know why and how to get this resolved, please?
I have windows 7 and the realtek high definition1.0.6.6463 x 64 edition my realtek audio manager from the control panel is empty I'm getting sound from the computer and that's it. I'm having a real tough time getting 5.1 surround sound downloaded and I'm going through all the motions. I need that 5.1 to get every thing working

But it needs a update to working with Windows 10.
I can't activate DTS connect.
Anyway, it works fine with my ASUS Rampage Extreme V.
